Information on Withdrawal (Right to Cancel)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), takes possession of the goods; or, for multiple goods ordered together and delivered separately, from the day you take possession of the last good.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, inform us of your decision to withdraw by emailing SUPPORT@NOVAYEFASHION.COM. You may use the model form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the deadline, send your notice before the 30-day period expires.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding any additional costs for non-standard delivery chosen by you), without undue delay and no later than 30 days from the day we are informed of your decision. We will refund using the same payment method you used unless otherwise agreed; you will not incur fees for the refund.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 30 days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusions / Early Expiry of Withdrawal Right

No withdrawal for: non-prefabricated goods made to your specifications; clearly personalized goods; goods not suitable for return for health/hygiene reasons once unsealed; goods which by their nature become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery; goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly; newspapers/periodicals (except subscriptions); audio/video/software in sealed packaging if unsealed after delivery.
